Cous Cous Fest is an international cultural event and, as such, cannot disregard taking social responsibility for spreading universal values such as sustainability, respect for the environment, respect for human rights, tolerance, and inclusion.
Universal values that have always belonged to the land of Sicily, to San Vito Lo Capo, to the Cous Cous Fest and to cous cous, as sanctioned by UNESCO, which has recognized this dish as Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
Cous Cous Fest, together with the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, embraces and embarks on the path of eco-sustainability, a commitment that is realized through the implementation of actions aimed at reducing environmental impacts
