1.2. Access to and use of the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. Access to and use of the Site imply full acceptance and commitment to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2.2. If the user does not fully accept these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately cease using the Site.

2.3. The user declares to have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions. If the user is a minor, they declare to have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Modifications to Terms

3.1. The Manager reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

3.2. The changes will be effective immediately after publication on the Site.

3.3. The user is required to periodically check for updates. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes will constitute acceptance of such changes.

5. Shop and Merchandising

5.1. The Site offers a shop for selling merchandise dedicated to the Cous Cous Fest event.

5.2. Each product has specific purchase rules, detailed on the respective product page.

5.3. By making a purchase, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted all specifications and details related to the product, including the conditions of sale.

5.4. The Manager reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and characteristics of products without notice.

5.5. Purchase transactions are governed by the rules of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the Italian Civil Code.

6. Ticket Purchase

6.1. The purchase of tickets for the event takes place on a whitelabel platform created by Vivaticket, accessible at the domain couscousfestonline.tm.vivaticket.com.

6.2. The Vivaticket platform manages registration and profiling independently from couscousfest.it.

6.3. The use of the Vivaticket platform is subject to Vivaticket’s privacy policy and related terms of use.

6.4. The platform offers the possibility to login/register through Google and Facebook, using apps owned by Feedback Srl.

6.5. The user database generated by the Vivaticket application stores data according to Vivaticket’s regulations. The ownership of addresses is shared between Feedback Srl and Vivaticket Spa, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

7. Cooking Contest

7.1. The Site hosts cooking contests that allow registration of certain categories of users through photography.

7.2. Registered users can be voted on by any user who reaches the relevant page, confirming their vote through an email address.

7.3. The specific rules of the contest and related procedures are defined in the dedicated regulations, accessible on the contest information pages.

7.4. Both users who register for the contest and voting users fully accept the contest regulations.

7.5. The Manager reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the regulations or adopt fraudulent behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content present on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the property of Feedback Srl or its licensors and are protected by Italian and international copyright laws.

8.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use in any way the contents of the Site without explicit written authorization from the Manager, except for free uses provided for by the Copyright Law (Law 633/1941 and subsequent amendments).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Manager strives to keep the Site functional and accessible, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or virus-free.
