Four professional chefs selected through a contest by a technical jury and the online community compete for the title of Italian Champion and to represent Italy at the World Championship. Concurrently, the Next Generation Student Contest takes place, involving four students from a hospitality institute, ready to compete for victory and join the Italian champion chef in the world championship.

The Italian chefs of today and tomorrow

Conad, always a supporter of people and communities, is committed alongside those who have chosen cooking as their path, both among qualified professionals and among young people who are building their future at hospitality institutes. Professional chefs and students submit their recipes by participating in a contest. The winners will compete live in San Vito Lo Capo to earn the titles of Conad Italian Champion and Next Generation Champion.
A two-day event of great challenges where four talented Italian chefs compete during the Cous Cous Fest. This competition sees the chefs preparing their recipes live, while a technical jury and a popular jury will taste and vote for the dishes, determining the new Italian Champion who will participate in the World Championship as the representative chef of Italy. But the challenges don't end there. Four promising students from hospitality institutes across Italy will test their skills in the Next Generation Student Conad. They have only 45 minutes to create an original recipe, showcase their culinary talent, and claim the title. The winner has the opportunity to join the Italian Champion chef during the World Championship and experience a unique opportunity on an international stage. Who will be the next Italian champions?
